Indulge in a month of special offerings as Four Seasons Hotel Toronto celebrates a decade of luxury

It’s been 10 years since Four Seasons Hotel Toronto opened its doors at 60 Yorkville Avenue. A place where high style meets five-star service, the Yorkville address has since been synonymous with luxury in all its forms. From fine-dining and bespoke cocktails to sumptuous furnishings and a spa that rivals the city’s best, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is a hospitality trendsetter. This month, join in the celebrations with exclusive programming throughout the flagship property.

Adored for its enviable address and gorgeous design, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is also the only spot in Canada to find celebrated chef Daniel Boulud’s modern French cuisine. At Café Boulud and the lobby-level d|bar, Boulud’s signature style translates to menus of bistro-style dishes that are both fabulous and familiar.

On October 11th, experience “A Decade of Boulud,” at a one-night event hosted by Boulud, Café Boulud executive chef Colin Henderson, and three global gastronomy masters. Visiting from other Four Seasons locales are Yoric Tièche, executive chef of Le Cap, Massimo Mantarro, executive chef of Principe Cerami, and Yudith Bustos, pastry chef at LAW. Featuring dishes created by each chef, the five-course collaboration dinner with wine pairings promises to wow. As they drift from Risotto Mount Edna, with black ink breadcrumb, to Truffled Quail with Porcini Mushrooms, and Winter Tide Halo, guests will be reminded how true masters make their mark.

Unable to attend the exclusive dinner? Guests can also find reason to celebrate at d|bar, where sous chef Maru Cacho’s “A Decade of d|bar” menu highlights 10 beloved items from the lounge’s first decade. Available from October 11th to 15th, the menu flits between a series of satisfying dishes, from Crispy Artichokes with lemon aioli, and Lobster Roll to Chocolate and Vanilla Profiteroles, and more. Head of Mixology Mike Birdsey’s anniversary cocktails are the perfect thing to sip alongside.

To extend the festivities, guests are invited to book one of the hotel’s two anniversary-themed packages. “A Decade of Luxury,” includes a two-night stay, Champagne, a three-course dinner with wine pairings at Café Boulud, a trip to the Spa at Four Seasons, and monogrammed bathrobes. For the ultimate in relaxation, “A Decade of Tranquility” is the way to go. Each package includes a range of services, from a rose gold facial to a Yorkville manicure, along with a spa luncheon and assortment of take-home amenities and products.

For a taste of Four Seasons brand luxury without spending a cent, watch the hotel’s Instagram page for its 10 Days of Giveaways promotion. Beginning on October 22nd, the team will be giving away a slew of prizes, ranging from overnight stays and private dining experiences to the ultimate Four Seasons Signature Sleep Set.

"This property is special to many, not just our employees but Torontonians and guests around the world,” said general manager Patrick Pollak, in a press release. “It was our goal to ensure everyone, no matter how near or far, feels they are a part of the ten-year anniversary celebrations.”
