Join the party this weekend at Brasa Peruvian Kitchen’s fourth location

If you’re not an expert on Peru, it might be time to brush up on the basics. Taking place on November 12, Brasa Peruvian Kitchen is celebrating the opening of its fourth location with Peruvian trivia, cash prizes, free smoothies and food, and a party worthy of the restaurant’s recent string of successes.

A company that has grown to include four locations in just over a year, Brasa Peruvian Kitchen is a way for founder Michel Falcon to share his heritage with Canadians. “Growing up with Peruvian roots in Canada, I want others to experience the beautiful and majestic elements that make Peruvian food so unique,” said Falcon, Founder and CEO of Brasa Peruvian Kitchen, in a press release. “[At Brasa], we serve up everyday meals like warm bowls and salads with real Peruvian flavours and ingredients as a friendly way to introduce Canadians to a relatively unfamiliar cuisine.”

An entrepreneur, best-selling author, and international keynote speaker, Michel Falcon parlayed his successes at Baro, The Loft and Petty Cash into his fast-casual concept, Brasa Peruvian Kitchen. Having recently secured $2 million in funding for the company, Falcon is poised to direct Brasa into a period of massive growth — including roughly 100 restaurant openings by 2028, in Canada and the United States.

Filled with nutrient-dense ingredients, the menu at Brasa Peruvian Kitchen features dishes that balance flavour with nutrition and always satisfy. Designed by Peruvian-born chef Guillermo Russo and New-York-based chef Jose Luis Chavez, each item expertly pairs protein with root vegetables, grains, greens, and less familiar items such as rocoto peppers, Peruvian salsa and toasted Peruvian corn.

Officially opening on Sunday, November 13, you’ll want to visit Brasa Peruvian Kitchen at 315 Queen Street West this Saturday, as well. Take part in the location’s lunch giveaway, happening between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on the 12th, and you’re guaranteed to walk away a winner. Whether you’re gifted a Camu Camu smoothie, a Hot Brasa Chicken bowl, Andean Roasted Potato bowl, or some pocket cash for expertly fielding questions about Peru, the event is guaranteed to brighten your day.
