Select Scale Hospitality restaurants now offering lunch and brunch

Sandwiched between tempting breakfasts and leisurely dinners, midday food offerings can often feel more slapdash than splendid — until now. Recently launched, a slew of Scale Hospitality restaurants are now offering lunch and brunch to ensure that your noon-time meals are as enjoyable as can be.

When it comes to lofty lunches, it’s hard to top AP’s recently debuted Lunch in the Sky service. Available on weekends, lunch à la Antonio Park is a lavish affair beginning with hot and cold starters, followed by sushi, sashimi, a selection of lunch-exclusive bowls and a Wagyu Burger delightfully dressed with crispy onions, smoked shoyu caramelized onions, and pickled wasabi aioli.

The delights continue at Toronto Beach Club, with lunch service on Fridays and Saturdays, and weekly Sunday Oasis Brunch. On offer, guests will discover a Mediterranean-inspired menu ranging from mezze, such as Smoked Eggplant and Crispy Calamari, to salads, pastas, and charcoal-grilled items so packed with flavour they’ll make you forget all about your dinner plans. On Sundays, a limitless buffet translates to plates piled high with items from the raw bar, the carving station, from pasta platters, baskets of baked goods, and charcuterie boards that will make your heart skip a beat. Pair them with bottomless mimosas for the ultimate in unfettered weekend relaxation.

Other weekend-only options include brunch at Bar Chica, Figo, and Lapinou. New for summer, Brunch de Chica will have you sipping on red, white or sparkling sangria as you tuck into tapas, ranging from pinxtos, to croquetas, empanadas, and egg dishes with Iberian flare. Figo’s Tiramisu French Toast, Uova alla Fiorentina, selection of pizzas and brunch tipples are yours to enjoy on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Back by popular demand, Lapinou’s French-sans-fuss take on Sunday brunch brings a bevy of à la carte options to King West. Whether you sample the team’s Brown Butter Pancakes, Spanakopita Pie or Wagyu Burger with truffle glaze, there are no wrong moves. A bottomless mimosa offering is available because if you’re brunching-sans-mimosas you’re simply doing it wrong.
