If spring’s arrival has you yearning for excitement and adventure, Eataly’s first all-inclusive experience has everything you crave. Taking place on May 13, SpringFest is a seasonal celebration of fabulous Italian food and drinks that promises all the energy, enjoyment, and gloriously delicious flavours of the season.

The first all-you-can-Eataly event, Springfest will take over all three levels of the popular marketplace on May 13 between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Centred around the theme of -- you guessed it -- The Best of Eataly, the event promises to showcase the finest in Italian cuisine. From hand-made pasta and pizzas to traditional sweets like tiramisu and cannoli, Eataly is always a go-to for anyone with a taste for nonna-approved nourishment.

At SpringFest, guests will find more than 20 tasting stations featuring favourite foods from across Italy. Attendees can look forward to fresh-made, artisanal pasta, slow-roasted local pork, and fresh, hand-made mozzarella. Three varieties of regional Italian pizza (Torino-style pizza al padellino, Roman pizza alla pala and Neapolitan) will also be on offer, along with formaggi and salumi tastings, dessert tables, and more.

Unlimited drinks will also be available at open bars scattered through the marketplace. Whether you prefer to sip on wine or beer, Eataly’s experts have you covered with regional bottles of red, white and sparkling, along with brews from the store’s own Birroteca by Indie Alehouse Brewing Co. A selection of seasonal cocktails will also be on offer.

Live music will be playing all night, while a karaoke set-up in the Birroteca promises to attract a crowd. Guests can also take in pasta-making demonstrations and oyster shucking at Eataly’s cooking school, known as La Scuola.

To secure your tickets to Eataly’s inaugural SpringFest visit Eataly.ca. Then, come May 13th, head to Bloor Street, ready to embrace the bella vita (preferably, in your roomiest attire).
