The city's newest kitchen and studio Noble House, is the latest venture by Dustin Gallagher (a.k.a. Dusty) of 416 Snack Bar and Flo Leung. Noble House serves up gourmet prepared family-style meals available for reserved pickup. After less than a month, the dynamic duo is off to a tremendous start.

Noble House is described as a "kitchen-studio-dining room-workshop" located on Noble Street just off Brock Avenue in Toronto's Parkdale neighbourhood. The duo is using this kitchen space to create immaculate meals to feed their neighbours, family and friends.

Their first Family Dinner was a "Duck Party" that served four people (or two individuals with a big appetite). The Duck Party dinner cost $120 and included a smashed cucumber salad with crispy prawn chips, Cantonese-style roast duck with all the fixings (a Peking-style preparation with pancakes, fresh vegetables and hoisin sauce), duck fried rice with lettuce cups, chilled fresh fruit and a selection of tasty family friendly beverages.

Since their first meal announcement, they have introduced a second option, a date night option which generously serves 2 people for $80. This second meal announcement, a 12 hour smoked BBQ beef back rib dinner with creamy coleslaw, braised collards with double smoked bacon, whole roasted cauliflower, Martin's Potato Buns and butter tarts, sold out in record time.

Dusty has been in the food industry for two decades, working under Susur Lee as the sous chef of Susur, later moving on to become the executive chef of Grace and was the runner up on Top Chef Canada All Stars in 2017. He describes his past experience as "wild and glorious years in the kitchen", and now he's adding another endeavour under his belt.

His partner, Flo Leung has worked in and around the culinary industry for the last fifteen years, from back of house to recipe writing, working with food television, and most recently, illustration work. The two are extremely happy to be working on this venture together and friends, family and fans of the popular 416 Snack Bar are in full support.
