Launched earlier this month, Fizz by Aloette brings the Alo Food Group’s trademark style to cocktails you can enjoy at the park, at home or anywhere you crave a splendid sipper.
A company defined by its polished spaces, refined food and meticulous approach to dining, the Alo Food Group has thrilled Toronto diners since 2015 with Alo, Alobar and Aloette. Places that have received some of the industry’s highest accolades -- Alo was named Canada’s best restaurant three years in a row -- these restaurants are household names.
Now, with the release of Fizz by Aloette, the team is bringing something entirely new to the beverage market. A spot that serves elevated French comfort food, Aloette is a neighbourhood bistro as reimagined by the Alo Food Group. Fizz by Aloette represents the team's "desire to shake up the booming canned cocktails category. The team wanted to combine the fizzy essence of a typical canned cocktail with a classic, elevated cocktail profile to create something totally new."
For its first foray into the market, the team has released the Espresso Martini Fizz. A chic, potent pick-me-up that has found renewed favour among restaurant and club-goers, the espresso martini inspired the first drink in the Alo Food Group's Fizz by Aloette line. "It's not something people are typically making at home," says the team. To make it unique, "the team drew on its popularity and added a signature fizz element to set the drink apart and make it more sessionable. It allows cocktail experts and novices alike to enjoy an Aloette experience anywhere."
Meant to capture the moment when day turns to night "and possibilities become endless," the Espresso Martini Fizz's vibrant pink can features a contemporary image of the sun and moon passing. The combination of rich coffee and cacao notes, smooth toffee and vanilla, all invigorated with subtle effervescence, is contemporary and exhilarating.
