Sip rosé all day at Canada’s largest premium picnic

Few things scream summer quite like a day spent snacking al fresco as you while away the hours over sips of rosé wine. Add games, music, people-watching, and more, and The Rosé Picnic is sure to top your 2022 list of epic summer moments. After a two-year hiatus, Canada’s largest premium picnic is back, with a lengthy list of sponsors ready to ensure you look and feel fabulous as you take in every activity, and sample every sip and snack on offer.

Taking place on August 20, at Woodbine Park, The Rosé Picnic is an elegant event featuring a host of draws. First and foremost, you’ll find plenty of samples of the season’s most fashionable sipper. Participating wineries include local gems, such as Two Sisters Vineyards, along with imported goodies from Matua Wines, 19 Crimes, Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery, and more. Steam Whistle, Aperol, Ketel One, and others, will also be on site offering chilled drinks to those looking to venture beyond pastel-hued wine. For a break from the booze, rehydrate with non-alcoholic options from Fiji Water and Daydream Drinks.

Provided by The McEwan Group and Food Dudes, gourmet snacks promise to pair beautifully with every glass. Throughout the day, guests can also indulge in treats from Ugly Delicious, Baskin Robbins and Letterbox Doughnuts.

Need a little entertainment to accompany your day of decadence? Three of Canada’s most sought-after DJs -- Tom Wrecks, DJ Jug E and DJ Dennis Rojas -- will all be on-hand, providing the perfect musical backdrop for the summer’s poshest picnic. Guests can also take part in life-sized lawn games, enjoy a roaming fashion show from Revelle, or simply bask in the gorgeous scenery as they laze the day away.

With quickie manicures, flower crowns, lash stations and makeup touch-ups included, guests will be able to polish up their look long before they wilt in the summer sun.

For tickets, visit The Rosé Picnic website. Then, come August 20, don your finest pink and white ensemble and head to Woodbine Beach for the season's rosiest event.
