Method
Chocolate Sauce 4 Steps

Step 1
In a small pot over a double boiler, warm cream.

Slowly melt chocolate into cream.

Mix well until combined.

Serve in ramekin or small vessel to dip churros in.
Assembly 9 Steps

Step 1
Mix cinnamon and sugar together, set aside.

Boil the water in a small pot, then add the sugar and salt until dissolved.

Add the canola oil and remove from heat.

Add the flour and stir until well combined.

Pour mixture into a piping bag with a large star tip.

Heat fryer oil on medium high heat in a medium pot or fryer.

Squeeze batter into long strips and fry until golden brown.

Remove from heat and toss with cinnamon sugar.

Serve with chocolate sauce and dulce de leche.
