About the Campaign

SIP ON SUMMER with Sapsucker and TasteToronto is back! From June 21st to August 2nd, 20 restaurants and cafés across the city will be serving up curated Sapsucker summer combos for a discounted price. Available in 6 different flavours, Sapsucker sparkling water is naturally sweetened with sap and is the perfect subtle bubble to complement any bite. Designated by the instantaneously recognizable pink neon tongue, Blondies Pizza is a chain of pizzerias scattered across the city (and one Oakville location) run by the Food Dudes. Known for their scratch-made red and blonde pies, stop by any of their locations this summer for a Slice and Sapsucker Can combo.

Hidden away on Yonge Street in Toronto’s Summerhill neighbourhood holds one of Toronto’s most delicious destinations for thick-stacked subs, European-inspired hot dogs and baked goods. It's no surprise when passing the corner of Greenwood and Sandford to see a line snaking its way down the street, and for the sole reason being, hungry diners hoping to snag a table at one of Leslieville's beloved brunch destinations. Maha's has been serving authentic Egyptian cuisine to the neighbourhood since 2014 and has since, gained local and international recognition. Just in time for Toronto's hottest days, try Maha's Egyptian Watermelon Feta Salad, a refreshing cold salad of sweet, juicy watermelon, topped with crumbled feta cheese, sliced back olives, green onions, fresh and dried mint, finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cool off with the exclusive Sojito Sucker – a rum based cocktail with grapefruit soju, Thai basil leaves, lime, simple syrup, and Grapefruit Sapsucker.

With a King West and Midtown location, Oretta serves modern and authentic Italian fare in a bright, art-deco-style space. Pair your plates of saucy pasta and wood-fired pizza with Oretta’s newest cocktail, the Pesca Rosa, a balanced libation of Sapsucker sparkling peach maple water, Empress gin, Etna bitters, Prosecco syrup and lime.

Exclusively for this campaign, they’ve whipped up the Melon Collie - a crushable cocktail calling for gin, melon, lime, orgeat, celery, and Lime Sapsucker.

Toronto’s trusted destination for fresh and delicious weekday lunches has been serving the city for over three decades now. Check out the 30 Adelaide location and 50 King Street, where you can pair a can of Sapsucker with The Plentiful Bowl, which includes mixed Greens, quinoa, pasta salad, couscous, and tabouli.

The Heartbreak Chef himself, aka Jerome Robinson, is unofficially known as the comfort food king of the city.
