Indie Alehouse launches "Stay Home" beer to support their staff

Indie Alehouse, one of the Junction's most beloved brewpubs, has been keeping up with the current climate by offering delivery of their craft beers to thirsty customers across the city. Now, they are taking their crisis initiatives one step further with a brand new beer called Stay Home that benefits their staff support fund.

The all-season pale ale with 5% ABV is made with Cascade hops and features a bright, teal green can with a modern design. Not only does the name of the beer remind us how we can do our part right now, but there's another crucial benefit: $1 from every can sold (at $3.31 each) will go toward the Indie Staff Fund, which the brewery started in an effort to support the staff they had to lay off during these unprecedented times. So if you're a fan of Indie Alehouse and/or are getting local beer delivered straight to your door while you stay home (and who isn't?), you can enjoy this refreshing brew while knowing that you are doing your part to support the hard-working people behind this amazing Toronto business.

This initiative is a brilliant and creative way to keep supporting a local business and the industry as a whole during lockdown, and hopefully we will start to see more efforts like this over the coming weeks. Indie Alehouse is currently delivering beer on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays to Toronto postal codes M2 through M9 for free, with a minimum order of 12 units, so you can order Stay Home and many other beers from the comfort of your own home. As of yesterday, you can also grab the new pale ale straight from their bottle shop in the Junction. Cheers!
