3. Baro Launches Dine Around Latin America program
Beyond the buzzing four floors of fun, the rooftop grill, the dreamy drinks and the chance to see and be seen, there's a new reason to visit Baro this summer, and beyond. Recently announced, the restaurant's Dine Around Latin America program invites guests to sample a wealth of diverse and rich new flavours, with special menu items available each month.
For June, the team cooked up Asado Negro, a Venezuelan dish of succulent, 24-hour braised beef and pickled fennel accompanied by a fresh-made arepa. With Peru as the feature country, July welcomes the Brasa Salad to the table. A combination of octopus escabeche, a riot of fresh produce and crisp quinoa garnished with queso fresco, herbs, and lucuma rocoto vinaigrette, the salad is as flavourful as it is fun to eat. Created in partnership with Brasa Peruvian, the dish is served with the added bonus of offering guests the opportunity to win a trip to Lima, Peru.
