Scout’s 5-Minute Lobster Roll by Chef Charlotte Langley

Ingredients

5-Minute Lobster Roll

  • 1 can of Scout’s Atlantic Canadian Lobster

  • 200 grams cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)

  • 1/2 cup fresh herbs (of your choice), roughly chopped

  • 1 lemon

  • Buns

Directions

5-Minute Lobster Roll

5 Steps

  • Step 1

    Drain one can of Scout Lobster and reserve the oil and butter for later.

  • Step 2

    In your bowl, gently fold together the lobster, butter, sour cream and cream cheese and add a sprinkling of fine herbs, such as dill, basil, tarragon or parsley. 

  • Step 3

    In a medium-sized frying pan, place the reserved oil and butter mix from the can and heat it to toast the buns in.

  • Step 4

    Once each side is toasted and golden, stuff each bun with the lobster filling and garnish with remaining herbs and some lemon zest.

  • Step 5

    Bon appétit!
