Antler's Michael Hunter will be cruising around Trinity Bellwoods serving ice cream today

Michael Hunter, the chef and owner of Toronto's famous Antler Kitchen and Bar, will be cruising the paths of Trinity Bellwoods Park later today on a charming ice cream tricycle.

In a hilarious Instagram video, directed by owner Jody Shapiro, showing Hunter meandering side streets on an Antler-branded trike, they announced that the chef will be serving up scoops of specialty ice cream tonight. Three flavours will be available, all of which were made using some foraged ingredients––a practice that Antler has embedded in their restaurant's identity.

Choose from Wild Blueberry, Spruce Tip Strawberry or Wild Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, which will be served on the spot from the massive cooler perched at the front of the trike.

Hunter mentioned on Instagram that he is usually near the tennis courts or the field behind them closer to the Queen Street end of the park. Don't miss your chance––he will be pedalling through Trinity Bellwoods around 5 p.m. today.

Additionally, Antler will be reopening softly starting tomorrow and are welcoming guest back to their "Hunt Camp" patio experience, which can be booked online.
