Calii Love is known for their fresh and healthy bowls that have built quite the reputation for also being super instagram-able.

The popular spot is brought to life by the LoveKind Hospitality group, who is also behind spots like Burgers n' Fries Forever (BFF) and Nava Social. Already having three locations in Toronto, CEO Anne Conway and Director of Operations Lilia Granitchna felt it was time to open up a fourth location, this time near the popular Yonge and Eglinton area.

The grand opening is slated for this Friday, Oct. 1 starting at 11 a.m., where Calii Love's new location will be giving out free salad bowls, poke bowls and free Nava Social coffee––plus 50 per cent off the remainder of the menu until Oct. 3. You can also expect a photo booth to take pictures with friends and to collect freebies.

They have also partnered with YYZ Travels to fund a customer's next vacation as a giveaway. Each person who comes to Calii Love during the grand opening weekend will receive a coupon, and upon using the coupon during a future visit, they will get entered to win $1,000 towards a vacation.

Both Conway and Granitchna emphasize Calii Love is "not just a salad place." They offer a variety of smoothies, poke bowls, soups and even baked goods. They've partnered with local businesses in the province to bring some of the best ingredients to the brand.

Calii Love uses Beyond Organic Greens from We The Roots, who are known for their sustainable crops. They don't use as much soil as they do on farms, re-filter their water and use less than 500 square-feet of space. Their produce comes from Bondi Produce who's focus is resource conservation, energy efficiency and waste reduction. Lastly, their seafood comes from Daily Seafood that is Ocean Wise-certified fish.

Conway's focus with Calii Love this year was focusing on "guest experience" and finding a way to make people's time worthwhile once they started to eat out again after the pandemic. They've planned some special seasonal menus for the fall, utilizing popular fall ingredients like squash and cranberry.

Nava Social, a popular specialty coffee shop founded by Gabriel Navarro that recently opened their second location on King West, is also partnering with Calii Love to bring their own barista's to serve drinks and baked goods at the new location.

The new location will be located in Midtown at 2131 Yonge Street.
