Eataly will also host two "Celebrate the New Year" events on Dec. 31, where diners will be served a variety of dishes, two of which have truffles artfully incorporated into their ingredients.

If you're hoping to indulge in a truffle dish before 2022, but won't make it to Eataly's annual Truffle Days, don't fret––La Piazza and Trattoria Milano, two of Eataly's restaurants, are offering a ticketed "Celebrate the New Year" dining experience on Dec.r 31. Both restaurants will feature a truffle-infused menu item.
Trattoria Milano will be offering an exclusive prix-fixe, five-course meal (with optional wine pairing for an additional cost)––one course will be a white truffle devilled egg topped with caviar.
La Piazza will also feature a five-course, prix-fixe meal, with one main course being house-made gnocchi with winter black truffle fonduta and fresh Parmigiano Reggiano. Wine pairings are also available at La Piazza's dinner for an additional cost.
