One of Toronto's oldest OG vegan spots since 1999 has yet again opened up a new location, this time at CF Sherway Gardens.
This will be their biggest location and first one to be operating in a mall. Opened on Dec. 7, Fresh Sherway is bringing their classing plant-powered menu with a fully renovated dining room, a bright all-season atrium dining space and a retail section packed with Fresh's favourite plant-based products.
"We were slated to open in November 2020 so its nice to finally bring Fresh to this lovely community at Sherway. We really needed one in this area" said Ian Elgar, general manager of the location.
Fresh offers a full line of raw, organic cold pressed juices and craft cocktails made with local artisanal ingredients, in addition to the plant powered menu. For 30 years, it’s been Fresh’s mission to prove that a plant-based diet can be satisfying, energizing and crave-able. The full menu is made daily, in-house, from whole, natural ingredients.
This is the first location to launch the Fresh brunch menu as well, that will be offered on weekends from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Their brunch menu will feature a yogurt and granola bowl, green eggs burrito with everyone's favourite egg replacement product, Just Egg, as well as an almond butter french toast and much more. They have special brunch menu drinks, like Kismet Coffee made with banana, almond milk, dates, tahini, cinnamon and sesame seeds. Or you can opt for their Walk On The Peach, made with peach liqueur, prosecco, ginger kombucha, orange, strawberry and candied ginger.
Fresh Sherway’s plant-powered menu will feature the Fresh Favourites you know and love, like their quinoa onion rings, crispy dumplings and dragon fries. As well as new additions like their drool-worthy pizza menu and their must-try Happy Hour menu (everyday from 3-5 p.m.)
Fresh Sherway combines 30 years of Fresh growth and brings it to life in this stunning space, featuring a one-of-a-kind vibrant ambiance, cozy dining furniture and lighting that sets the perfect Fresh mood.
Fresh Sherway can be found on the eastern side of CF Sherway Gardens, accessible only from the outside of the mall, near mall entrance 4.
