This spot is serving up fuzzy peach ghost pepper wings

Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken, Toronto's original Nashville and Japanese street food fusion restaurant, is calling all fried chicken lovers to trick-or-treat with them this year.

For a limited time, Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken will be featuring their all new Fuzzy Peach Reaper Wings, available today through the Halloween weekend.

These fun and fiery Fuzzy Peach Reaper Wings are coated with a generous layer of Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken BBQ sauce and served with a side of ghost pepper infused fuzzy peaches. To play on the trick-or-treat theme, the “trick” wings will include a spicy ghost pepper BBQ sauce while the “treat” wings will be coated with the mild BBQ sauce.

For those who are unfamiliar with just how hot ghost peppers are, they are 2,000 times hotter than regular jalapenos, sitting at 1,041,427 SHU on Scoville scale!

Try your luck and see if you'll get tricked or treated by the Tokyo Hot team this Halloween -- if you dare.

With only limited quantities, these Fuzzy Peach Reaper Wings are available starting October 29 to November 1 at Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken located at 928 College Street.

Note that strict physical distancing rules are in place and all customers are required to wear a mask when entering the store. Cash payments are currently not accepted.
