Mira Mira opens a new diner in the Beaches

Mira Mira has officially opened a second location in the Beaches this past weekend.

Mira Mira Diner serves classic comfort food with a twist. Dishes like the shrimp burger and jerk banh mi highlight an enticing sneak peek menu offering. Be sure to check out their maple Sriracha wings or buttermilk truffled fried mushrooms for some unique snack options.

Equally as alluring as the menu is the decor and aesthetic of the diner itself. It has a modern retro vibe with a diner countertop and barstools. The patio will be a significant draw once it's fully opened and able to be used.

The Mira Mira concept initially started as a food stall inside Assembly Chef's Hall. Owners chef Amira Becarevic and her husband Justin Cheung captivated their customer base with comforting and fresh fare of hearty sandwiches, veggie stuffed wraps and scoops of ice cream. The duo then went on to open Mira Mira Sandwich + Ice Cream Bar in Leslieville in the summer of 2019 and now, of course, the couple moves even further east with the latest Mira Mira outpost.

Mira Mira Diner is located at 1963 Queen St E. They are open every day except Mondays and are available for takeout and delivery via Uber Eats.
