Momofuku's new pop-up at Stackt Market is now open

Internationally-acclaimed restaurant brand Momofuku has recently partnered with Blood Brothers Brewing for a summer-long partnership, and are now collaborating with Stackt Market to bring you another exciting Summer pop-up experience.

For the first time in the noodle bar's history, they have opened a longstanding pop-up with their own hours of operation, full service and a large physically-distanced patio. They have taken over the huge pavilion space right by the marketplace entrance, giving them a prime spot in this ever-growing cultural hotspot located at Bathurst and Front Streets.

Having secured one shipping container for bar service and one for food, Momofuku is looking to mimic their model at their 190 University Avenue spot by preparing an amazing food and drink program for the Stackt Market pop-up, featuring limited-edition items only to be found at this special venue.

Popular items like the Pork Belly Buns (with hoisin, cucumber and scallion) and the Chilled Spicy Noodles (with Sichuan beef sausage, black bean sauce and candied cashews) will both be making an appearance on the menu.

The cocktail program is nothing short of spectacular either. Cool off with a Wrestling Ernest Hemingway Slushy, a refreshing blended beverage with Finlandia vodka, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit and white pepper slush. For those looking for that extra indulgence, sip on a Margarita Dorada, a take on a classic with El Jimador silver tequila, turmeric-agave syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and togarashi.

The intention of these new pop-ups are to expand the restaurant's presence outside of the Financial District, while offering the community a safe alternative to indoor dining. With the re-launch of CaféTO, they are super excited to announce the opening of their patio outside their space in the Shangri-La Hotel as well. The flagship location will remain operational for takeout and delivery, and the new patio will be open at 190 University Avenue from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday through to Saturday.

The Momofuku Noodle Bar at Stackt Market is located at 28 Bathurst Street and is open Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. The pop-up will be open for dine-in service (with some items available for takeout), until September, when the company will release their plans for the fall.
