Popular Tibetan restaurant opens a new location

One of Toronto’s most popular Tibetan momo shops just opened a new location on Queen West.

Momo House opened its third location at the corner of Queen and Bathurst. This is their second location to open during the pandemic and their popularity continues to grow. Momo House had recently opened a Yorkville location last year and are doing well despite the ongoing restrictions.

Momo House started out in Little Tibet in Parkdale and are best known for their momos. These Tibetan-style dumplings come steamed or deep-fried and are stuffed with a variety of fillings that include beef, chicken, pork or vegetables. The menu centres wholly around momos and includes delectable variations that include butter chicken momos, kurkure, chili chicken, chaat and more.

Momo House on Queen West opened as of April 14 for takeout. They are located at 685 Queen St. W., taking over the old Rickshaw Bar space. They are open from 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every day and are only available for pickup and delivery until dining can resume at a future date.
