The Marquee is Toronto's newest pop-up dining experience

With the cold weather upon us, it’s harder to enjoy outdoor dining. Luckily, there’s The Marquee, a pop-up dining experience located at Cabana Waterfront Patio. This new concept features 5,400 square feet of heated space and tented areas, which will allow for social distancing measures to be put in place plus plenty of space between each table of a limited number of diners.

Guests will be able to enjoy a brand new food menu crafted by Oliver & Bonacini for dinner and Sunday brunch, along with a drinks menu and an interactive art installation by Bruno Billio, a Canadian and resident artist at Queen West’s Gladstone Hotel. The installation uses strings of yellow and pink neon lights and colour-filtered moving projections that help portray a realistic sunset effect.

New menu items include a variety of steaks, buttermilk fried chicken, oysters and burgers, with many gluten-free and vegetarian options available.

They’re also offering half-priced wine on Thursdays but if that’s not your thing, they have an impressive selection of cocktails to choose from like their Fireball Hot Toddy, Red Bull Blood Orange Collins, Heart Candy and T.O. Mule.

The Marquee is open from Thursday to Sunday and is accepting online reservations through OpenTable.
