This Annex spot boasts Toronto's newest drool-worthy burgers

A new Annex neighbourhood burger joint, Burger Tribe, has moved into the former Knockout Chicken restaurant, serving up a small menu of cheap eats that won’t disappoint.

While the menu is small, offering just five burgers to choose from, each order promises fresh and cooked to order quality with each bite.

In addition to the five burger options ranging from basic, single patties with all the typical fixings to double bacon cheeseburgers, you can opt for a crispy or grilled chicken sandwich or something from their four-item specialty menu.

Looking to try something new? Try the Double Griller-Killer, featuring triple grilled beef patties, cheddar cheese, grilled onion and BT aioli stuffed between two grilled cheese sandwiches. And with plant-based and Halal options, the new spot caters to all types of dietary restrictions.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a classic burger joint without an array of sides to choose from. Make it a meal with your choice of beefy poutine, popcorn chicken and macaroni and cheese, or a tried-and-true poutine. And for those hotter days, a chocolate or vanilla milkshake is the perfect way to finish things off, sweetly.

With daily $10 meal deals, you can eat on a budget whenever a burger craving strikes. Swing by the new burger joint, located at 490 Bloor Street West, just east of Bathurst Street, to snag your patty, or place your order online.

Burger Tribe is open every day, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
