Try Poolish pizza dough at Toronto's newest ghost kitchen

Casper's Pizza is a ghost kitchen concept (hence the name) that is found across three Toronto locations. Casper's was created by the teams of Dominion, East of Brunswick and Pogue Mahone Pub and Kitchen and regional chefs of FAB Restaurant Concepts. FAB Restaurant Concepts has over 20 years of industry-leading experience in creating unique culinary journeys for their guests. With 10 locations across Toronto, their roots go deep in the city but they are always looking to continue to enrich their guests' experience.

Casper's serves up fresh craft pizza, appetizers and local craft beer, cider and seltzer. Their pizza dough is Poolish and made in-house daily! Poolish is a technique developed by Polish bakers in the 19th century where the dough is pre-fermented, giving it qualities similar to sourdough. It's light, crispy and lends itself perfectly to the style of their pizzas! Casper's is also currently offering three different combos. Casper's is always listening to what their guests enjoy and looking for ways to add to the culinary experience of their neighbourhoods. The team loves pizza, and they thought they could bring a unique twist to a takeout favourite!

Casper's goal is to elevate the culinary experience of the neighbourhoods they are a part of. They pride themselves on raising the bar with everything they do and staying true to what they stand for. And that's providing delicious food in a comforting and welcoming environment. Some pizzas you can find on their menu are 'The Sixth Sense' made with Lightlife meat, fior di latte, cheddar, bread n' butter pickles, shredded lettuce, sesame seeds and secret sauce. Another favourite is 'Ghostface Killah' made with rosemary ham, bacon, pineapple, red onion, fontina, apricot jam and BBQ sauce.

Casper's Pizza can be found through Uber Eats at their three locations: 777 Bay Street, 500 Queen Street East and 720 Spadina Avenue.
