Two Toronto chefs create Saucy, a food and meal kit company

The COVID-19 pandemic has altered all of our everyday lives, but Chef Erich Mrak and chef Hunter Glaude have made the best of the changing environment by creating Saucy. Saucy is a food and meal kit company specializing in homemade cheeses, pasta, pizzas and specialty provisions. Their goal is to provide GTA-wide contactless delivery of their seasonally curated menu, consisting of fresh, simple and delicious high-quality products.

Mrak and Glaude both share a passion for creating and sharing exciting food, so after previously managing a cafe and kitchen on Queen West together, Saucy naturally developed. They currently operate out of The Tempered Room in Parkdale, Toronto.

Their website offers a range of pasta and pizza kits, dips, cheeses and additions for you to choose from. Such as fennel sausage ricotta gnocchi, roasted mushroom pizza, caramelized onion and garlic dip, winter kale salad and so much more!

The newest addition to their collection of meal kits is the Braised Duck Sun Ravioli, which is filled with mascarpone, ricotta and lemon zest. The kits also include braised duck ragu, mushrooms and herbed mascarpone.

Orders are accepted and delivered on a weekly basis. They must be placed before Wednesdays at 11 p.m., and deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
