You can now bring Impact Kitchen power bowls home

If you live in Toronto and have any sliver of interest in healthy, clean eating or a paleo-type diet, you have almost certainly been to Impact Kitchen. The restaurant, which launched only a few years ago and now has four locations across the city, has been a huge success among Torontonians looking for delicious, gluten-free bowls, smoothies, broths, cold-pressed juices and baked goods. Their mission is to provide food made with real, whole ingredients to nourish and fuel the body.

Lovers of Impact Kitchen's famous Power Bowls are in luck, because the restaurant just announced that they are now offering a Power Bowl Grocery Box that includes all the fixings for their Zesty Mexican, Harvest and Hero Bowls, plus instructions on how to cook and assemble them at home. These bowls are packed with greens, roasted veggies, protein and flavourful dressings, so you can put together a dreamy and nutritious meal for yourself at home. As if it couldn't get any better, they also throw in a batch of their chocolate sea salt cookie dough, so you can whip up their famous chocolatey cookies -- which are to die for -- for dessert.

This new box comes in addition to their Community Box, which launched a couple of weeks ago and contains their bone broth, some soups and a few baked goods. The proceeds from both of these boxes go toward their Employee Relief Fund to help them navigate through COVID-19. So in addition to enjoying their healthy menu items at home, you can also feel good about simultaneously supporting the restaurant and their hard-working staff.

To place an order, you can do so directly through their website, and choose whether you want free contactless delivery within the city of Toronto or curbside pickup, which happens every Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. from their King East location.
