Ruby Chocolate Chip Cookies 5 Steps

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • 125g sugar

  • 125g brown sugar

  • 2g salt

  • 10g vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 3.5g baking soda

  • 180g all-purpose flour

  • 60g cake flour

  • 135g ruby chocolate (Barry Callebaut)

  • 50g caramel bits

  • 70g roasted white chocolate
