Ruby Chocolate Chip Cookies 5 Steps

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mix butter, sugar, brown sugar and salt until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and eggs and mix until combined.

Pour in dry ingredients (make sure to sift your dry ingredients) and mix until smooth.

Stir in chocolate chips, just until evenly distributed.

Scoop onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes (bake longer if you like it chewy; less if you like it soft and gooey).
