Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil the pasta for 3 to 4 minutes, drain and set it aside.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Heat up olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion for 3 to 4 minutes or until translucent. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Crumble the sausage meat directly into a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks until browned.

Add the rosemary, thyme and marinara sauce. Turn the heat down to a simmer and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Take the rosemary sprigs out, add the drained pasta to the skillet and stir until everything is coated.

Top the pasta with mozzarella and gouda. Bake in the oven uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
