Creamy Roasted Tomato and Boursin Pasta 6 Steps

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2

    In a large baking or casserole dish, combine the tomatoesolive oilsaltfreshly cracked black pepper and mix. Make a well in the centre of the tomatoes and place the block of Boursin cheese.

  • Step 3

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    While the tomatoes and cheese are baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente and strain.

  • Step 5

    After 30 minutes, turn the broiler on high and broil for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes have burst and both the tomatoes and cheese have taken on a golden brown colour.

  • Step 6

    Remove from the oven, add in the chopped garlicchopped parsleycooked pasta and mix well.

  • 250 grams dry pasta of choice

  • 150 grams (1 package) Boursin cheese, garlic and fine herbs flavour

  • 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes, any colour

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
