Chef Tomer Markovtiz, former executive chef of Israeli restaurant Parallel, was gearing up to open his new Tel-Avivian-Middle Eastern restaurant -- DalPak -- this spring. Unfortunately, with closures across the city we will have to wait to try this Israeli chef's new venture, but in the meantime he has graced us with this decadent cookie recipe. This chef evidently has cooking chops beyond making falafel and hummus. Try out this super easy recipe for Nutella filled chocolate chip cookies, that any level of baker can accomplish.

If you want to fill with Nutella, then make a small hole in the middle, add a scoop of Nutella and cover with more cookie dough.
Whip the butter, sugar, salt and baking soda for 3 minutes.
Add one egg at a time until incorporated.
Add vanilla extract.
After the wet ingredients are fully mixed together, start adding the flour scoop by scoop.
Bake on 180 degrees Celsius or 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
