Vegan Hemp Pesto 4 Steps
Blend garlic, hemp hearts, and nutritional yeast in blender or food processor. Blend until combined (aprx. 30 seconds).
Add basil leaves, lemon zest, and salt, with machine running low, slowly add olive oil through the pour spout.
Blend until oil is combined and paste is formed. Scrape sides as needed, adding up to 2tbsp to achieve desired consistency.
Salt to taste.
