Located in the heart of Mimico, Revolver Pizza Co. is slinging out delicious wood-fired pizzas that revolve around a seasonally changing menu. From the fresh ingredients prepared daily to the oil free dough, it’s no wonder customers keep on coming back for more!
The Space:

The pizzeria has an open kitchen design, which allows you to spot owner Sal Sayegh -- who prepares everything the morning of -- crafting the pizza for you.

This is why they don’t own a freezer, as their food is always made fresh. There are a few seats for customers that would like to dine-in.
The Food:
Looking for that foldable New York-style slice with a crispy thin crust, but also craving the char from a Neapolitan pie? Then you’re in luck because the pizza here is a cross between both of these styles.
The dough, made without the use of oil, is cold-proofed for a better flavour and structure, and is higher in hydration. The cheese and meats used, which are nitrate-free, are directly sourced from Jesse Tree and Cheese Boutique, while other ingredients are all homemade, organic and fresh.
After their regular 12-inch pies or their big 18-inch pies have been carefully assembled, they’re put into a custom-built oven with a copper finish, where ash and maple woods are burnt. The pizzas are then fired up for a little over four minutes, resulting in a crispy thin crust with a slight chew. Pizzas are also available by the slice for $4.50.
With all of the pizza joints in Etobicoke, it’s safe to say that Revolver Pizza Co. is already crushing the competition.
