Hale Coffee opens new location in Midtown

Hale Coffee, an independent coffee roaster for specialty coffee, just recently opened a new location in Midtown at the popular Art Shoppe Lofts near Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue.

Joining a slew of restaurants that have opened or are slated to open soon at Art Shoppe, Hale offers so much more than just a cup of coffee. Their baked goods from Saving Mondays, take-home coffee beans and merchandise are all made with care. Even their to-go coffee cups are uniquely designed.

The team at Hale is very passionate about their work and believes that coffee can bring people together and inspire communities. With that being said, the company values inclusivity on every scale. Starting with their beans, which are sourced from farmers around the world. Hale has made direct trade relationships with each grower to ensure that they are fairly paid.

On a more local scale, Hale creates a great environment for employees to learn and flourish. From skill sharing to managerial programs, both employees and customers alike receive a consistent and enjoyable experience.

Hale wants to share their coffee knowledge with you, so they have a range of educational sources on their website from "Caffeine Content and Extraction" to "Home Brewing 101"

Hale is "proud to be one of Toronto’s finest roasters and coffee hubs." With locations in the Junction, Square One and now in Midtown at 2149 Yonge Street, the growing coffee shop is hard to miss.
