Kettlemans and Tokyo Hot are teaming up for a crazy fried chicken sandwich

One of Toronto's go-to spots for Montreal-style bagels, Kettlemans Bagel, is doing a collaboration with the popular fried chicken spot Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken to bring an insane sandwich that no one has ever seen before.

After opening their first Toronto location a year ago, Kettlemans Bagel is quickly expanding their bagel empire across the city. They were the first bakery to introduce the traditional technique of hand-rolling each bagel, followed by kettling and baking them in a wood burning oven, which makes them so special. Tokyo Hot Fried Chicken combines Japanese style fried chicken with Nashville spices, and has grown a popular following since their debut in 2017.

Together, the two powerhouses are launching the Biscoff Fried Chicken Bagel Sandwich––Tokyo Hot's signature Nashville Fried Chicken breast nestled between a chewy and delicious Kettlemans bagel and topped with a sweet cream cheese and melted biscoff spread. The fusion of sweet, savoury and spicy is unlike anything you've tried before. Biscoff is trending worldwide for their delectably sweet caramelized flavour and it pairs so well with the heat of the fried chicken sandwich.

You can grab this sandwich inside Come See Me, where Tokyo Hot currently operates out of, at 656 College Street starting Nov. 16 until Dec. 10. The sandwich will be available for dine-in or takeout for a limited time. Be sure to see how wild this creation really is.
