La Pizza Week is back for the best pizza in Toronto

Updated: almost 2 years ago

La Pizza Week has officially begun across Canada, with cities from Toronto to Vancouver celebrating the best pizza each city has to offer. There’s more than 20 restaurants participating in Toronto, creating unique pizzas on offer at a special price from May 1st to 14th.

Customers are encouraged to engage with their local pizza spots on social media and vote on La Pizza Week’s dedicated website for the best pie in town. This is La Pizza Week’s second year running, put on by the team who run the similar La Poutine Week and Le Burger Week annual festivals.

La Pizza Week partners with the United Way, and recommends participating restaurants price their specialty pizza $1 higher than normal, to donate to the United Way after the festival. The festival is put on by Saputo Foodservice.

Here’s a list of all the spots in Toronto participating in La Pizza Week this year.

Ambassador Pizza Co. at 946 Bloor Street West will be serving a Tunnel Delux pizza complete with pulled pork, onions and plenty of zesty TBQ sauce.
