Toronto's beloved noodle restaurant and brewery are working together this summer

If you love the noodles from Momofuku and the drinks from Blood Brothers Brewing, you're in luck because you can now have both at once.

This past week, both businesses announced that Momofuku Noodle Bar will be taking over the Blood Brothers kitchen for the summer. The menu includes a range of tasty items, such as Kimchi Jars, Pork Belly and Shiitake Buns, Croquettas, as well as Pork Katsu Sando and a Spicy Chicken Sando.

Additionally, Blood Brothers has created a collaborative beer "for the IPA drinker with chores to finish." The Tiny IPA, as it is named, includes Nelson Sauvin hops, eldorado and lotus and contains 4 per cent alcohol content. It is smooth and refreshing, filled with flavours of white grapes, tropical fruit and bright citrus.

Momofuku Noodle Bar, an offshoot of the renowned Momofuku Toronto, is known for its noodles, steamed buns, soft serve and other daily dishes. Momofuku Toronto is a sister-restaurant of another location in New York City, and part of the world-renowned Momofuku network. Their Toronto menu is "inspired by the diversity of Ontario’s ingredients and growing relationships with local vendors."

On the other hand, Blood Brothers Brewing is a local craft brewing company based in Toronto. They create a unique range of alcoholic beverages that can be purchased through their online store or at their bottle shop. They also have a kitchen space, and this isn't the first time Blood Brothers Brewery has hosted a pop-up. In the past, they have featured Eats by BettyTacos Ritmo, and many other local restaurants and chefs.

The pop-up at Blood Brothers Brewing is located at 165 Geary Avenue from Wednesday to Sunday between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., all summer long!
