Toronto's most popular outdoor food market opens new location in Burlington

Toronto's most popular food market is expanding once again, this time west of the city.

The Street Eats Market is opening another new outdoor food market, this time in partnership with GO Transit to open in Burlington, Ont. Following the popularity of their Richmond Hill and Scarborough locations, they're expanding to the untouched city of Burlington, located under an hour out of Toronto. Set to open today, July 1, this new concept will be taking over the Burlington GO Station with a new array of food trucks.

Founder Philip Suos says he is excited to bring Street Eats Market to a whole new side of the GTA. Nearly one year ago, Street Eats had just started out, and the company has expanded to three locations and counting, among other food-related initiatives. Patrons can expect a wide array of food trucks offering items like burgers, sandwiches, poutines, tacos, desserts and more.

A full list of the food vendors will be announced shortly, but some notable trucks include Get Your Own Taters, El Bosco, Tut's Egyptian Street Food, Cheesecake In Tha 6ix and many more.

The Burlington Street Eats market will be open seven days a week from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be free parking and Wi-Fi for people to enjoy. As restrictions start to ease, there will be hopes for more interactive events to take full advantage of the summer weather.
