Summer's Ice Cream Debuts New Menu Items for Pride

Announced on the Summer's Ice Cream Instagram page, the new items are for those in-the-know and won't be advertised in-house. Loyal IG followers will be rewarded with a choice of four exclusive goodies featuring a strong unicorn theme.

To start, there’s a Unicorn Sammie, built from chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies, coated in sprinkles and finished with a cute cone horn filled with whipped cream. Though the Unicorn Sammie features birthday cake ice cream, customers are welcome to customize with their favourite flavour. The Unicorn Sundae has three scoops of birthday cake ice cream in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone, topped with cream, an ice cream cone and the requisite cherry on top. An ice cream milkshake is transformed into a Unicorn Shake with a splash of chocolate and decorations.

Still, if you really want to go big, only the show-stopping Pride Bouquet will do. With 11 kiddie scoops of ice cream of your choice piled into a fresh waffle cone and adorned with a cherry, this shareable creation is the ultimate way to embrace the season.

Stop into Summer’s Ice Cream during June and try each of these exclusive menu items. You’ll not only give back to a great cause, but with vegan, gluten-free, fat-free, and dairy-free options on offer, a trip to Summer’s is a hot-weather tradition guaranteed to please everyone.
