Brussel Sprouts 6 Steps
Cut stems of Brussel sprouts and cut in half.
To make the maple balsamic vinaigrette, combine 50ml of maple syrup and 25ml of reduced balsamic.
In a shallow pot or deep fryer, fry the Brussel sprouts and double smoked bacon at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, until golden brown.
Transfer Brussel sprouts into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Add maple balsamic vinaigrette and toss until well coated.
Transfer Brussel sprouts to a serving dish and grate lemon zest and Grano Padano on top as desired.
