Dubi's Bowl 7 Steps
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until it starts to soften (two minutes, likely).
Add ground lamb. Sauté for three minutes.
Add salt, pepper and cumin.
Add vegetables (asparagus and kale) and sauté for two minutes.
Check seasoning. Add coriander. Mix in and take off heat.
Schmear hummus on a plate or in a bowl in a circular bowl shape. Add rest of cooked ingredients on top.
Top with tahini and skhug. Grill fresh pitas and scoop away!
