El Corte Final is Madrina’s cocktail homage to cinema. Scotch whisky and amontillado sherry are layered with verjus and an oloroso-maple syrup reduction and topped with dry Spanish Cava. It’s finished with an air of salted butter and presented on a custom film reel coaster that features embedded LEDs which illuminate the golden cocktail and provide light to view the frames of a film strip garnish. The frames showcase stills from Madrina as well as TIFF related content, including a scannable QR code.
