Maddy Goldberg ups the ante when it comes to brownies. She says, "It's like the chocolate brownies' cool aunt. This blondie is nothing like the brownie your mom makes. It's decadent, chunky and fruit forward."
Feel free to play around with the berries to come up with your own unique spin on these blondies. Maddy recommends tossing your blueberries in a small amount of flour before mixing them into the batter -- this will prevent the colour from bleeding into the blondies.
