If you're looking to impress come dessert time but are by no means a skilled baker, make this no-fail, No-Bake Pineapple Cheesecake for a taste of the tropics (even in the dead of winter).

Cheesecake 4 Steps

Step 1
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, heavy cream and icing sugar. Whisk everything until fully combined and smooth.

Fold in the pineapple and mix well.

Divide the biscuit crumbs into the serving cups and top with cream cheese mixture.

Transfer the cups to the fridge. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
To Serve 3 Steps

Step 1
In a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, add the heavy cream and icing sugar. Wisk until medium peaks form.

Step 2
Transfer the cream into a piping bag and top the cheesecake with whipped cream. Alternatively, you can use a spoon and spoon the cream on top of the cheesecake.

Garnish with fresh leaves if using and enjoy!
